ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) has upheld the Sindh High Court (SHC) judgement regarding appointment of judges in lower courts via the Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC), Geo News reported Wednesday.
A three-member bench of the SC headed by Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan dismissed the Sindh government petition challenging the SHC verdict to empower the Public Service Commission to appoint judges.
